Hi, I’m Spencer Bera.

I’m a New York—based wildlife photographer with a passion for conservation and animal behavior. Featured on Sony Alpha, NatGeoYourShot, and VSCO, my work showcases the interconnectedness of nature in hopes of inspiring others to protect our natural world.

My adventures have taken me from the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, where I documented and monitored humpback whales, to the biodiverse wetlands of the Florida Everglades. I’ve found that the more time I spend in nature, the more secrets is reveals to me. I learn and see something new every time I go out, which is why I love wildlife photography so much. Capturing a moment that may not be witnessed or replicated ever again is a truly momentous feat, and something I strive to do. It’s what always draws me back out there.

Bringing awareness and attention to the amazing creatures that inhabit our Earth is an important task. It’s something that can truly change the world. The more we learn and teach about life, the better the planet’s future. I hope that through my work, you gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of nature. Thank you so much for your support!
